The details:

1. A warm lead and a cold lead have different commission structures.

A cold lead is defined as someone who is not ready to buy now and needs more nurturing and support from our team.  

A warm lead is defined as:  someone who is financially qualified understands what a tiny home is, and is ready to make a decision to move forward. They may also already know which Teacup plan is their favorite.

The pay structure for a cold lead is $500.00 and the pay structure for a warm lead is $1000.00.   

2. A referral or a new lead is someone who is not already in our CRM system. 

3. Payout of the referral will be issued within 60 to 90 days of the build commencing.
